PerSight Assessments® was very proud to be one of the presenters at the 32nd Annual Conference for the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

• Our research, in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership, studied 120 managers in a variety of organizations and industries.
• Results showed that PerSight was highly predictive of workplace performance (overall performance ratings, recommendations for promotion, interpersonal-relationship effectiveness, and learning agility)
• PerSight worked considerably better than a survey-based personality assessment.
